The Azula Valleys is a warm and living eco‑project built around the vision of creating a flourishing garden of life in southern Portugal. Here, regenerative design, land cultivation, natural building and shared living come together in service of nature, people and connection. 

This is a place where you can learn, live, and volunteer — stepping into real‑world practice of permaculture, off‑grid systems, cob houses, gardens and community rhythms.

Joining The Azula Valleys means you become part of a “family” that thrives by sharing time, skills and heart. Volunteer stays allow you to contribute meaningfully while immersing yourself in the project’s flow. 

Each month, the community hosts the Azula Market — a gathering where fresh produce, crafts, knowledge and community spirit meet. Volunteers can help run the Market: produce display, harvesting, stall‑setup, visitor welcome, and more.
