We are looking for Growers with experience, commitment, and heart to support in the following areas:

🪴 Gardening & Land Stewardship

Help tend the garden, plant food, care for trees, and support permaculture systems.

🛠️ Natural Building & Construction

Assist with cob building, carpentry, and creating structures with earth and love.

🔌 Electrical Work

If you’re handy with wires, circuits, or solar systems — your skills are deeply needed!

🚰 Plumbing

Support the development of showers, water filtration, greywater systems, and more.

🍳 Cooking

Prepare delicious meals for the crew using local, seasonal ingredients — bonus points if you love feeding people!

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

Keep the common areas, kitchen, and compost toilets fresh and functional — an essential act of service.

📱 Social Media & Content Creation

Capture the magic! Help tell the story of Fridayhappiness through photography, Instagram, video, and creative writing.
