Your Facilitator

Rui Sebők Bizarro is the founder of Projeto SimplesMente and has dedicated more than two decades to personal and transpersonal development.

Having studied and trained across Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Peru, India, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United States, Rui brings together extensive experience in psychology, breathwork, meditation, yoga, shamanic practices, and trauma-informed facilitation.

His qualifications include:
