About This Stay
PurposeFlow is a regenerative community and land project on six hectares near Pavia, in Portugal's Alentejo. For five and a half years we've been restoring a dry, fragile land and learning how to live well on it together. Around 850 humans from more than 110 countries have been part of this land's story. This winter we're opening a slower chapter: co-living with a small, intentional group, in a large and beautiful home that we create together through the ordinary things. You hold your own rhythm. About 95% of your schedule is yours, and we come together for one community circle and one shared meeting a week, to care for our shared home, listen to one another and decide what we create together. It suits remote workers with focus projects, people on an intentional break or transition, and anyone building something: a business, a craft, or themselves.
THE VIBE:
Focused days, shared meals with people you just met, evenings by the fire, and horses, dogs, cats and old oaks all around. The days are short and the nights are long, which makes winter here a season for deep focus, clarity and unhurried time. Évora, European Capital of Culture in 2027, is about 40–45 minutes away when you need a city.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
Food. You organise your own meals, and can contribute towards shared plant-based food and staples, with shopping and cooking arranged together. - Consistent warmth. Portuguese houses are built for summer, so indoors can feel cool in winter. Life gathers around the fireplace, so bring warm layers and waterproof boots. - Daily structure or entertainment. Your days are yours to shape.
WHEN:
The season runs from October 2026 to April 2027. Stays are ideally three months, and longer stays are prioritised.
THE SPACES:
Every bedroom in the house has a private en-suite bathroom and looks out across the land towards the sunset.
- The Canopy Room: a double bed with a fabric canopy and a desk by the window.
- The Loft Room: two double beds, a loft and a desk area, for pairs who want separation without distance.
- The Nest: two double beds and a book nook. Your private corner of a larger system.
- The Burrow: our smallest room, with still plenty of space. A single bed, a desk area and a book nook.
- The Caravan: our on-site caravan beneath the oak, a little apart from the house. For one person.
- Your Own Setup: bring your van or caravan. We provide placement, electricity, water and access.

Room Types
The Canopy Room
roomA private room in the main house, made for settling in. A double bed sits beneath a flowing fabric canopy dressed with flowers and colourful cushions, and a desk by the window gives you a quiet place to work, write or think, looking out across the land towards the sunset. There's a wooden wardrobe for your things and your own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and a window. It's a calm, cosy room to rest in and to work from at your own pace, with the whole home and six hectares of land just beyond your door.
The Loft Room
roomA bright, airy room for pairs who want separation without distance. It has two beds, one of them up a wooden ladder in the loft, so each of you has your own bed and your own corner while still sharing the space. Friends, partners or collaborators can be close without being on top of each other. Macramé, natural wood and soft light give the room a gentle, handmade feel. There's a desk area for work and your own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and a window. Like every room in the house, it looks out across the land towards the sunset.
The Nest Room
roomYour private corner of a larger system. The Nest has two double beds, one tucked up in a loft wrapped in vines and fairy lights, and a book nook for slow mornings and long evenings with a good read. A large mandala tapestry, golden curtains and terracotta floors give the room a rich, grounded feel. It's a place to retreat, rest and come back to yourself, with your own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. When you're ready to come out, the whole home and the land are right there.
The Burrow Room
roomOur smallest room, with still plenty of space. The Burrow is a cosy room to move at your own pace, with a single bed, a desk area for your work and a book nook for quieter hours. Golden light comes in through the window in the afternoon, and the room looks out across the land towards the sunset. You have your own private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and a window. Simple, cosy and entirely yours, with the whole home and land to share when you want company.
The Caravan
roomOur on-site caravan, resting beneath a broad oak tree on the land. It's your own little world, a short walk from the main house: a space that's fully yours, with full access to shared community life whenever you want it. Inside there's a large single bed, cushioned seating by the window, a wooden table and a small desk beneath a hand-painted sun. There's storage for your things, and mornings open straight onto the land.
