Your card details never touch our servers

All payments on Grow are processed by Stripe, one of the most widely trusted payment processors in the world. Your card number goes directly from your browser to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Grow only receives confirmation that the payment succeeded and the amount.

No hidden fees

The price on the listing is the price you pay. Grow's commission comes out of the host's side, never added on top of yours. All prices are in euros (EUR).

If a payment fails

Most failed payments are declined by the card issuer. A few things to try:

• Check the card number, expiry date and security code.
• Make sure the card supports online and international payments.
• Try a different card.

If the problem persists, contact support@growers.me with the approximate time of the attempt and we will look into it.
