Refunds and cancellations
Changed your plans?
You can cancel up to your host's deadline, and we'll send back what you paid minus the payment processing fee. That fee is the cut Stripe and the card networks take the moment a payment clears. They keep it even when we refund you, so it's the one piece that isn't ours to return. Everything else comes back, including Grow's own share. We don't make money when you cancel.
The cancellation window
Each host decides how much notice they need. Whatever they set, cancellations always close at least two weeks before the event. Once you're inside the final 14 days, a booking can no longer be cancelled or refunded. You'll see the exact deadline on the listing and before you pay.
If the host cancels or changes things
That one is on us, not you. If a host cancels or significantly changes an experience, you get everything back, fee included, even inside the two weeks. Talk to the host first, and contact support@growers.me if you need a hand.
A note on chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase may lead to suspension from the platform. If you believe a charge is genuinely wrong, contact support@growers.me before going to your bank and we will help.
